Trying out this Keto Shake… First impression - tastes good, a chocolatey flavor. The fat does tend to float which might be expected. I’ll give another review about satiety after a week.

To be honest… I still prefer a proper breakfast after a 16hour fast… this would be a good snack during my 8hour eating window but don’t think I could meal replace with it. It’s only 200ml that’s less than a cup 😭
