great job !! don't forget your protein each meal! without it, you won't feel the energy your need throughout the day unless you overdo carbs , but even then you'll be hungry every 2 hours :D

Cottage cheese is a protein based food and that is a healthy choice. Almost everything is a healthy choice compared to a donut.
