Heart doctor appointment went well. He decided that I do not need to take the Plavix- since I was already on Eliquis- to much of a risk for bruising and bleeding, if I cut my self. I've lost 2 pounds since I saw him last. I am to see him in 3 months. Continue doing what I am doing diet wise- continue to air fry and avoid deep fried foods, fruits and veggies plus get more exercise.
