calories have been low today. I don't feel hungry enough to have more. Total for today is around the 900 mark. I skipped breakfast due to the kids being a little hard work and a friend popping over. By the time everything was sorted it was too late to eat so I waited an hour and had dinner instead. Simple easy food today as the other half is on lates. Chicken Tikka breast & broccoli. I actually really enjoyed it. I was thinking what I could have for my tea and decided to have the same again. Shopping day tomorrow so I'm going to be buying in lots of veg. I haven't been eating as much as I should over the past few years. I want to get back to 5 a day. 1 fruit and 4 veg.

I also really need to up my water intake. I just forget to drink through the day. If i do have something it tends to be a sugar free energy drink or cup of black tea.

I best jump back on the exercise bike! I've only done about 3 miles today. I tend to go for 30 miles a day!
