Guess the pizza was a bit much, official WW weigh in this morning and I was up .2. Now I know, really the pizza didn't do it, I could have ate a salad last night and still probably gained. I am feeling really bloated today too. I figure I will be walking all the bloat off this evening and by Monday's FatSecret weigh in should be able to record a loss. About every 3-4 weigh in, I see the scales stall a bit, there is a pattern. But I did take my measurements and lost another inch in hips and 1/2 inch in waist. Therefore I must be doing something right even though the scales are just not showing it right now.

Also, Monday I am moving back to WW. I think with my exercise routine part of the reason for the stall was I am just not eating as much as I did with WW as now with FatSmash. I think FatSmash would have been great in the beginning but now that I am several weeks into the weight loss my body just isn't reacting like it did the first time I did FatSmash in 2006. If I had started with FatSmash in January I would be into Phase III of Fatsmash already. So I am passed a lot of those phases already. I don't think I am eating enough now, b/c my WW points have been way under 23 these past 2 weeks, which I am supposed to eat. Just fruits and veggies are not enough calories at this stage in my weight loss along side my workout routine. I believe in the FatSmash plan, just I am past that point of needing that type of detoxing at this stage in my weightloss.

Although you had the slight gain, your chart is looking really great. I understand what you are saying about the detoxing part. I really feel like just fruits and veggies to fuel my workouts and body right now is not enough or I have to eat all day long, a lot! Only you know your body well enough to know if it works for you or not. I love FatSmash plan, but sometimes I have to skip around "phases" to suit my day.

The pizza probably had a lot of sodium, so could have caused a little bump up, but only temporary. Yes, your chart is looking GREAT!
