March 17. Happy St. Pat's to all.Didn't have time to journal yesterday,but I'm back today.Knee feels better so I did work-out yesterday and today. I am keeping the treadmill on level instead of incline for a while.Nice weather here so worked in the yard 3hrs yesterday and plan to work outside again today.Staying on plan and trying to keep calories up, more so now because I am burning more.I can't wait to measure myself tomorrow. I Think I have lost inches so even if the scale does't move I am o k with it.
my workout today;
30 mins=treadmill=1.30 mile 30 mins=recumbent cross trainer 15 min upper boby strengh training 10 mins streching/yoga prep
