I start a new job Monday. Flying to Dallas/Fort Worth, TX for a two week training session. I’ll be staying in the Sundance Square area of Fort Worth. Breakfast is provided by the hotel (easy), lunch provided by the company (should be easy), but dinner…sheesh I was looking at the restaurant menus in the area and I wonder how many chicken Caesar salads I’ll be eating. The company is giving us a loaded up gift card to buy dinners as we see fit most nights. I’m thinking about just going to Target and loading up my hotel room like my home pantry. Cans of tuna and heads of lettuce? Maybe buy a George Foreman Grill and load the mini fridge with chicken breast? 😂 I see so many people struggle with diets while on trips. There is no plan to falter here…I’ve come too far to have a setback just because other people around me are eating like crap. You don’t stop at a gas station and put kerosene in your car, right? Let’s do this.
