I wonder if I will ever reach the athletic range fat wise, without doing that much sports. That would be too funny 🤣🤣🤣

Thank you all 🤗 The results are not to be taken too seriously ! It's coming from my scale and the app is called veSyncFit (connected to the scale via Bluetooth). It's definitely not comparable to what professionals are measuring with their expensive tools but it's a good way to have some kind of direction 😉. And it definitely shows that something changes when you e.g. do a certain diet. That's all what I need 🤩

By the way, fat free mornings are easy to do. I usually have fruits and smoothies only in the mornings until lunchtime. When I do smoothies I also use spinach, salads and other "neutral" veggies in them as well. I don't add milk or anything like that. I'm using water, coconut water, orange juice or some melon. If you want to try out as well make sure to start slowly! Not everyone is used to eat so many fruits at once! But lots of fruits are needed to not stay hungry. I used to have some histamine intolerance, so I had to start slowly as well. I'm now completely healed and don't have any limitations anymore. But it took at least a year!
