Did not weigh in today really really bad diet day yesterday, tears this morning. It will pass - it always does. Putting on my "big girl panties" and sucking it up! Blood work is done, hubs took me out for a cheeseburger and an Iced Coffee. Ate lunch near the waterway to the bay - just to get out of the house. Missing my family so much right now. Thank God I have the Photo Share Frame- they send me pictures to keep me up dated with the kids. Better then nothing. Blessing to all
295.0 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
