SherrieC's Journal, 18 July 2014

Happy Friday everybody, I am starting to feel much better, but can't seem to stop the dizziness, and lightheadedness. Guess I am fighting a head cold now. Anyway, I did some canning yesterday, picked another bucket of green beans, just got myself moving more. Today I am going to attempt the gym with hubby. If I can't do much oh well, I can sit in the cinema room and watch a movie until he is done.

I am happy to see that you all are doing great on your journeys. I must say you all give me inspiration one way or another, so thank you ~!!!!

Once again I am wishing you all a wonderful and blessed day/weekend. :)

Could be something inner ear, so rest up and don't push too hard and get to the doc if that dizziness hangs on. Have you ever canned pickles of any kind? I did my first batch of green beans this year and want to do pickles, so if you have any good recipes you'll have to let me know! I hope you're back to 100% soon! :)

When my mother was having problems with vertigo, her doctor recommended Dramamine. If the dizziness lingers, I would agree to get checked out, although I would probably be too stubborn to actually do it.

There's nothing worse than wanting to get back out there and having a pesky side effect/symptom hanging on. I agree with the other commenters that if the dizziness hangs on, you may want to have them look into vertigo or some other inner ear ailment.

Dramamine for sure helps...I was prescribed Meclizine, but you need a scrip obviously...

Well I just couldn't do it. I didn't go to the gym with hubby. I will go tomorrow (I hope)however, I did give the dog a bath, and did a load of laundry. I have never been checked for vertigo, but if it keeps up I am gonna have to visit the doctor. Thanks for all your support and well wishes :)

I get vertigo often after having a serious head injury in 1987; I successfully use Peppermint oil for dizzyness. And ginger root juice for pain, and dizzyness. :) and fight colds and flu with nutritional yeast or Spirulina. http://spirulinatestimonials.blogspot.com/p/coldsflu.html http://www.homeremedycentral.com/en/home-remedies/natural-cure/dizziness.html
