I am hanging in there.... no gain and that's good.
297.0 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 107.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2564 kcal Fat: 148.57g | Prot: 81.62g | Carb: 243.11g.   Breakfast: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Tomato Juice, Cheddar Cheese and Broccoli Quiché, 2 ingredient Bagels. Lunch: Really Raw Honey Raw Honey, Gala Apples, Pineapple, The Greek Gods Traditional Plain Greek Yogurt. Dinner: Cheesecake Factory Vanilla Bean Cheesecake, Unsweetened Iced Tea, Cooked Green String Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking), Butter (Salted), Sweet Potato, Filet Mignon. more...
losing 3.5 lb a week
