yes, I have some firm tofu ready to use. yours looks perfect. how did you prepare it?

I did use firm or extra firm tofu. I first try to absorb the extra water with a clean towel. Then I slice it on the shape you prefer. I did the rectangles as you can see it. Then you seasoned with the spices you like. I used for this: curry powder, black pepper, cumin and garlic powder. I also added a little bit of salt. Then I cooked them on the oven for about 15 min and then I flipped them out and finished cooking for another 15 or 20 min. You will see a golden color that will be a good signal that it is going to be crispy. I cooked them at 350 degrees.
