Still in the race. I really concentrated on form yesterday so even if it was a hard day, my knee feels better and i am ready to go again.
Just a short tour today. Still looking forward to tuesday (restday) Going to the gym in a few to keep up my arm-strength, nothing fancy just arm-maintenance and abs.

Proud of the Dutch football team!!! a beautiful final match for third place! had a blast... NOw if Germany wins i still get a little price with my club-pool (*lol*) so tomorrow ill be wearing black red and yellow!!! go germany!!!!
