One month of healthy eating: hummus, spinach, fruit and red meat 1x/week. No sugar except once. 🤪 Lost 4.2 pounds. 😕
165.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
