Scale is down--need to replace the battery... I had a bad night-Stress eating. Please no lectures! I know I a need to get a grip, but anxiety does this to me. I took some meds and slept until 11:25. Today is a new day and a clean slate and I am on it. Have a good one.

Lynda, we're not here to lecture, we've all been there and done that my friend. Don't beat yourself up, just strive to do better, one day at a time, step by step. I am also a stress eater and have a real problem with doing fine all day then blowing it all at night. One thing that helps me sometimes in the middle of the night is a cup of green tea, it seems to soothe me and helps me to back to sleep.
