So I tried to make homemade tortillas out of oat flour. They were delicious (surprisingly); they were 150 calories a piece though. So back to the 60 cal kind I get from the store. I am also on Day 2 of the 30 day shred. I've been eating between 1000-1300 calories a day. Also I work out for 20-30 minutes a day. Today I want to eat everything in site, but I know its my mind and the lack of fast food that my body is craving. I WILL NOT CAVE IN! I think my husband is making bodybuilding meatloaf tonight with mashed potatoes. Should be delicious.
