Today was a bit of a splurge.

I definitely should and could have skipped the bagel, cake, and pizza.

Was planning a swim with my training plan but my best friend forgot about work so I had to cancel the swim to watch her dog. Sadness. Plus the pool is closed Thursday and Friday, the other two days I need to swim for my plan.
So I guess I will be making up a lot of missed swims.

I do have a "run and bike" on the plan tomorrow.
For those who don't know, I am a wheelchair user so I have to adapt to these gym sessions.

This is week 1 of my para-triathlon training and it is slow.
