fat 40.9% happy weight has gone down! yesterday I went swimming, did Chilllates and went for the Pembroke loop walk. today woke up early, have Adrian a lift to work then went on to Clara's house. she had some deliveries that got delivered and went off to work. I stayed on to clean her apartment till 5pm and what did I get out of it? a telling off because I moved 4 essential oil miniature bottles to the ensuite and placed a spa candle and towels in the main bathroom. no more! she can clean her bloody mess! screaming and shouting at the top of her voice on the phone! as if she ever came to help me!
