My workouts are still going well. I leave the gym drenched in sweat. Im not afraid to train hard. I have to be ready for the Zombie Apocalypse. Have you seen World War Z, 28 Days later or 28 WEEKS later? Those zombies are fast. I gotta be ready. Right now, I think I could only run away from the Walking Dead Zombies. They're pretty slow. :)

Too funny. Me, I can't run so I better start training with two swords. What I don't get in Walking Dead is they know zombie blood masks them from zombies so why don't the smear their clothes every time they go out. I know it's gotta stink but better to stink then to be dead.

That's so true!!!!!! I would totally have zombie clothes that I would keep bloody. We would would lose so much weight during the zombie apocalypse. No fast food, walking everywhere, fighting off zombies and other humans. Its a good workout plan.

yeah, and every time you got to craving something to much you just put on your zombie clothes and the smell would make you lose your appetite. Plus I think working out with two samurai swords would be a great cardio and light weight exorcise. I mean its gotta take a lot of strength to cut a zombie head off, right?

I would think it would take a lot of strengh to cut off a zombie head and hand eye coordination. Ur arms would be soo ripped from swinging those swords. Plus you'd be working ur abs. 6 pack!!!!

That would be great. Never had a 6 pack ab before. Not sure that's even possible at 46, but I imagine I'd look so cool. Plus if my dad could see me from heaven he'd be so proud. He always said you never new when a zombie attack may happen. Being only five foot flat the swords be almost as tall as me, but I'd finally have some reach.
