Holy Moley...I am so proud of myself---I have sore knees and here's why. This fat lady went to the grocery store while hubby did PT. It takes him 1 hour. I was at a grocery store I have not been to for a long time and I did not know were everything was. It took me 50 minutes to shop. I walked a total of 1520 steps today!! Now I know that isn't a lot but my average is 133/day...yup (and that is sad). Plus I save 25 buck in specials... win win <3 I also made a Guacamole from a huge avocado, I have never seen one this big. It was not a Haas..they all were as hard as bricks. Going to make so dipping chips with the Mission low carb Tortillas in the air fryer.
