Workouts have been pretty consistent since last week. I just have to keep it this way. I'm usually good for about a week or so and then I find a reason to stop going to the gym. I'm really thinking about taking a crossfit class. They look brutal, but I think it would be fun to push myself. Plus , have you seen the bodies of some the Crossfit athletes. They are ripped!!! If I had a 6 pack, every shirt I own would be midriff top. My abs would be on display at the grocery store, work. Human Resources would have to get involved because I would wear midriff suits to work. :)
