Not so sure about weighing every day....but will do it anyway. Went to the grocery store...spent 125 and saved 48. Mostly produce and some fruit. Bought foods that I need to succeed cause I am worth it. Plus Hubby will benefit too. He always says that when Mom diets we all diet. Bought a salad spinner to wash the spinach..love it. will try it on the Romaine. I always wash the my fruit, and celery. So when I get hungry I do not need to mess around- I can take it and go. Also bought some hummus- plain and roasted red pepper. I am going to try the unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk to make whey protein shakes when I get the munchies in the evening. Will work on some new dinner ideas, too. Be kind and have a lovely day....HUGS to all
