WOW WOW WOW....Just got back from Cardiologist appointment. 2 things --- 1-I really did not see coming and the second one-good news --better then I thought. I have to have a heart catherization done and it has to be done on my hubby's 80 birthday-9/13. I am a bit freaking out. Shortness of breath and my oxygen levels seem to be dropping over the past year. Sooo I gotta "suck it up Buttercup and put on the big girl panties". I have to keep my fears inside- because my dear hubby is having health issues also and is a mess. The good news is my scales weighed me dressed at 302.5 and the doctor's scale weighed me at 295.2 which is 7.3 pound difference! ( I thought about bringing his scales home--but my purse was not big enough.) So I am making progress- yeah for me! Now just going to take one day at a time and do the very best I can to stay on diet and in control.
