My weight is the same which is what I expected. Just starting and the beginning weight loses are mostly water. I just made some Polenta- not with butter- used Country Crock and water. I want to see what this is like and how well I stay satisfied hungry wise. I am making marinated air fried fish, salad and stewed tomatoes for dinner. Today is my laundry day-uugh- hate doing it. But must cause no one want to look at a fat wrinkled old lady...hahahaha. Tomorrow Cardiologist appointment to check on my AFIB. Well everyone have a great day - be kind and be careful. :>)
