Making a mistake not eating breakfast- slept to late. Weighing myself daily is something new for me- usually only weigh 1 X a weekly. I know that I am losing the water right now -2.5 pounds so far. I try to plan a meal with leftovers for my lunch the next day. Tonight soup and sandwiches. Was going to make some fish but not feeling like cooking today. I wonder what everyone's thoughts are about sugar free Jello? I was always under the impression it was a good diet food choice, but I think I am wrong. Can anyone give me suggestions for a snack that is filling, cost friendly and satisfying?

Hi there! Hard boiled eggs are really good snack options, very filling and cost friendly. You can cook them once and they last for 5 days, so fast too. And protein is one of the best snacks there is. I will only weigh in once a week, too much up and down weighing every day, not good for my psyche! Oh! And string cheese and sugar free applesauce, also good ones. Keep trying till you find something you like and can live with!

I know this is going to sound weird, but I don't eat pain hard boiled eggs. I do however love pickled eggs. Often wondered how many calories are added from the beets- I use sweetener and apple cider vinegar to make mine.
