Today is my first day on South Beach. I've done before and had great success. I'm really encouraged and plan to stick with it.
My husband is 99% on board and doing it together will be good for us.
I hope to register a decent weight loss next Monday.

Best wishes! Remember, "Nothing taste as good as thin feels". Say it as often as needed. In my case, it was about 50 times a day! lol
