Back in the UK and finding it hard being as heavy as I am. I am even struggling on stairs! This is shocking and so I am going to try hard to lose some weight before the nice summer days. Have a dress hanging up to motivate me . . . . . . . . and that is where I struggle. it is only one glass of wine, only one piece of cheese . . . . . . .
