So my goal was to lose 8 lbs by today, and I've lost 5.5. Not bad. Certainly could've done better, but at least I've lost 1/3 of the weight I want to lose.
I went to Trader Joe's last night and stocked up on healthy foods. No candy or junk. Just healthy snack bars in case the HUNGER strikes. I also bought some Stevia extract as well as agave nectar syrup. It's way healthier than regular syrup, and let's not mention aspartame.
In terms of exercising, I've been to pilates a few times and I really enjoy it. I've done yoga at least once a week, and I discovered the stadium stairs at SBCC. They kicked my ass hard, but I'll be going again next week for sure. I'm also going to attempt the gym on the weekends. There really is no excuse for that.
I'm going to be a bit more realistic this time. My new goal is to lose another 5 lbs by May 1st.
