Wednesday are my weigh in days for Weight Watchers and it seems like once I weigh myself and record it I want to go crazy. I keep trying to make it a cheat day and once I cheat it generally takes me 2 to 3 days to get over the guilt and start again but since I joined this site I have found myself questioning my eating habits and asking myself do I really want to cheat and it seems to be working. Its hard because I still think with the little amount I seem to be eating that I should be dropping 5 or more pounds a week but I have to tell myself that Im not young and my body has changed and weight loss is not gonna happen overnight and that I probably wont be at my ideal weight until this time next year if even then and I will have to just stick to my guns and be happy that I am taking this journey towards a new me.

If you are on WW you don't need cheat days. If you want something, plan for it and have it. A diet plan must be sustainable and allow you to indulge sometimes in order for you to keep it off for good. Of course you can't have what you want all the time, but you can have a lot of what you want sometimes lol (if that makes sense). I think it's better to lose a pound a week and enjoy life, then try to deprive yourself for big losses. Deprivation eventually catches up with you. So stick with the program and keep going.
