Anyone else struggle with exhausted eating. About 3 p.m. I really needed a place to take a nap more than I needed a snack, but at the office I really only had access to the snack

I started wilting today at about 2:30. It's like my brain switches off. I start early, so I was just an hour away from the end of the day, but still... Too hot outside for a quick walk. Thankfully I was too full from lunch to want a snack.

That's about the time I fade, too. Nothing out of control today, but exhaustion is when I'm likely to go for too much chocolate
