Breakfast is easy! I make a batch of fruit salad twice a week and have a cup every day. With my fruit, I eat a protein. Most mornings I will have 1 to 2 hard-boiled eggs with Dijon mustard but today I am mixing it up with a protein coffee shake… Yummy!

@Zerocool3 I hold the egg and squeeze some mustard on the top. I have a baby so I’m always looking to save time where I can!
