TXSnowman's Journal, 27 May 2014

Had a great weekend. Did some training early Saturday and then went to the Dinosaur Park and the movies with my Granddaughter, Daughter & Wife. Kept our granddaughter for the rest of the weekend. My wife and granddaughter made homemade playdough and I did some great sculpting with the toddler.

Hiked with the dogs on Sunday morning. It rained most of the day yesterday but got a shorter walk in with dogs in the evening after the rain turned off for a while. We went just under 5 miles. This morning it was pouring again, so I did a workout on the Stairmaster. I have a banquet to attend tonight to award some more scholarships, so I'll probably get home late and won't likely get another workout today.

I'm going to try to make a lower calorie, low-glycemic chocolate cake for my wife's birthday. If it works out I'll post it to my FS Cookbook.
