193 lbs today. didn't expect that. I think the increased activity is the reason. I am planning to try hot yoga this month. It's supposed to be really great for backaches. I've been eating really well.
My doctor wants to pursue non-surgical approaches for my healing .... i am game because surgery always has its risks. I have more doctors appointments starting next week. Today I will have birthday calendar for my youngest 10th birthday. She already had a party with friends last week. This week is for family at my mom's house as it is also mother's day. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there ... it is such a wonderful blessing to take on this challenging role on life. Have a great day all and eat well.
