Well I technically haven't loss anything since last Monday. I'm not sure what's going on but I'm determined to keep moving forward. I'm going to incorporated some workouts this week. I feel like I have more energy. I don't know if I threw myself out of ketosis with the MIMs, but I haven't cheated. I don't know why my body likes to hold weight. Anyway I prayed and I'm not going to let it get me down.

Good morning Spelleri1878's. I looked at your weight loss history and it is awesome! I read an article by the nutritionist from Atkins that stated our body hold and lets go of fat in shifts or spurts. Keep up the great dedication and it'll keep coming off. Oh and sometimes we need to change something up the article said. So you wanting to incorporate some workouts will do just that. Have a great day!

I am heading into my third week. Lost 3 lbs week one and zero week two. I know this is the typical MO of my body. I like to hold onto everything!!!!! As long as our energy is good, we should keep going and not let the scale give us our self worth. (easier said than done in our society). Keep up the postive mental work Spelleri, because that is what will get you on the successful lifetime maintenance. Give it to God and He will take care of you.

Oh man--I love this site. You guys do not know how much your words of encouragement mean to me. I'm sitting at work trying not to cry as a read the responses. Thank you so much. I don’t want you to think that I’m discouraged because I’m not. When I prayed this morning God told me I need focus on him and stop obsessing about this weight and that’s what I’m going to do. I was thinking of all the positive things that can't be measured by a scale. 1. When I say I haven't cheated it’s because I haven't really been tempted. When I see sweets (major weakness) I imagine all the carbs and sugar and get turned off. I don't feel deprived on this diet and that is significant for me. 2. My face is clearer. I would get this flaky inflammation all the time and I suspected it was from my diet. I haven’t had sugar in two weeks and my face is the smoothest it has been in years. 3. I’ve lost about 3 inches total and notice my clothes fitting better.
