Cooked a huge amount of meat yesterday and made a batch of fat bombs. Focus is on now ....... to drop the 2 lbs I gained from my long weekend vacay with my sisters. I am up to 197 lbs which is two pounds more than I started the weekend with ..... it is all good!!!! :)
Spring cleaning bug is on .... I have to get rid of my clothes that are now too large, so that they do not attract the fat back!
I hope you are all having a great day ... I have some closet surfing to do so I can donate those no longer needed pieces of clothing.

Sanjorjas: It's a special treat I make and eat as a snack. It's my low carb candy substitute without the guilt. It is designed to push my fat intake up when I need it because I am doing the low carb lifestyle. The one I make most times (it varies) is with natural unsweetened crunchy almond butter, pure coconut oil, butter, liquid sweetener (no calories), unsweetened coconut flakes and unsweetened cocoa powder. I mix all of that together, put it in the refrigerator and cut it into small squares afterwards (sometimes I use muffin cups). To get an idea of what it looks like, look at my avatar .. hehehehehe .. that's a fat bomb. I love it!
