I have been up and down on my weight journey. In Publix last Sunday I was 208 and today at the doctor's office I was 206. I have been eating a low-calorie and low carb diet all week. Yesterday I broke and had a cup of juice right before bed. Today I had oatmeal for breakfast, so the low-carb doesn't really go any more. Maybe a low glycemic index diet?

I need to lose weight because I am concerned about my heart, and because I saw what I look like sitting in a chair from behind. Ouch!
