"Just keep swimming" It's been a week since I started logging all my calories and exercise. It's been really helpful to have everything in writing, and see the calories add up as I stuff my face. Thanks to that, I've really held back on my intake. I worked out 3 times last week, including my first try at pilates, which is what I needed. Tonight I'm going on my second workout for the week, and I'm gonna keep trying to go for walks during my lunch break. When i bought my log book, I was scared I'd phase this out easily, but it seems to be holding on. Calorie couting is not as hard as I thought. I'm looking forward to this lifestyle change.
Goals: Lose 8 lbs by April 1, 2009. - Hard but not impossible. Do not eat after 8pm - Toughest! Stick to 1500kcal/day or 10,500kcal/wk Daily lunch walks - 20-30 min/3mph
