Made it! Day one always the hardest and most confusing but I did it. Can't wait to see how I do another day. Today I incorporated something new into my diet. WATER . Not much on drinking it but made sure I had all the daily requirements for today was surprised at how easy it was to space it out over the day. I am liking it. Tomorrow gonna look for some type of exercise to go along with my diet plan.
