So today marks two months since I started this journey. This morning's weigh in was 336.7 lbs, down from Mar 1st 372 lbs. Looking back at my average step count from before March I would say I averaged 2,400 to 2,700 steps a day. For April I averaged 7,224 steps a day, with yesterday count being 13,618 (busy day running one of my tow trucks) which should of wiped me out for today but was another good strong day if slightly less moving 8,072 (slower day) still 11 hours in a truck and still feeling good.
