Decent work out today. Used machines rather than free weights and was able to give the bitten hand/thumb a break. Weighed in and still below 220. Very happy with that. 210 is in my sites. Still need to readjust what my calorie intake should be. I don’t want to lose more muscle. Having a great morning and I hope your day is going great.
