Gave myself the weekend off after tipping the scales a few days ago. Back to cleaner, better eating habits today and daily logging till I'm back under 75 kg at least or even closer to the 70s goal.
176.6 lb Lost so far: 54.9 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
