I was supposed to go to the gym today, but I had the closing shift and it was late and I wanted to Skype with someone that night. So it looks like if I want to fulfill my challenge to work out 3x a week for 30 min it's going to have to be three days in a row. To be fair I signed up for this challenge yesterday... But oh well. I could give myself a days rest and then work out Saturday but that's my only day off this week. I dunno, I'll figure it out, I really want to do it.
Yesterday I was really craving junk food but I convinced myself to go get something healthy instead. I used my dusty blender and combined a packet of vanilla Safely Slim, 1 cup of Full Circle organic frozen berry medley (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries), ice and water and it tasted amazing. I had another one this morning for breakfast. It has 20 grams of protein, 16 grams of fiber at 180 kcal. And it's so yummy and filling, it easily lasts me until my usual lunch at 2:30. The worst part is choking down all the seeds, I know they're mostly from the raspberrys and those are high in omega 3's.
