workout: weight loss challenge 2021 by Chloe Ting (day 1) + dance cardio RnB by Pamela Reif (mood banget ya goyang goyang hehe). semangat konsisten!!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 48.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
