Late dinner (too late -- busy day). Broadening our palates on Homemade broiled lamb burger w/raita and organic dark greens in whole wheat pita pocket. It was SO good! I didn't tell my family it was lamb until they were done and still licking their lips! Walked 1 mile before dinner even though it was late (so tired I could've cried during the workout). But so very glad I did it! Really trying to stay committed no matter what. Good night, All :oD

Great job on the healthy meal (I've never tried lamb and I don't know what raita is!), the walk, and staying committed! :)

OMG that sounds good... I dont eat meat anymore but I used to LOVE lamb.
