Salty turkey pepperoni tonight...worth the cheat! Next time will lower the sodium elsewhere to keep me under the recommended 1500-2000 Sodium range. Or maybe I'll look for uncured Canadian bacon. Is there such a thing?

Yes, it's called peameal bacon and the nutrition info is on FS! It's high sodium just like all pork products!
