Yea for me, third day in a row of getting up at 5 am to do my workout DVD. I just find it is hard to do in the evening. Normally can't even get to it til after boys are bathed and in bed which means at the earliest 9 pm. Then I am wired and can't go right to bed. Doing it before work again is great. I seem to have more energy throughout the day too! I am journaling this in hopes to keep me motivated to get up and not hit the snooze!!
