Started working out last week, 30-45 minutes a day, now for three days in a row and looking forward to more. My band is working more in the morning than in the afternoon, but I am able to eat much less...although I still crave everything. Here I am two weeks after a fill, and just after starting my good workouts- and I GAINED!!! LOL. What a metabolism I must have.
