1st Journal entry. Definition of insanity, doing the same thing over again, expecting different results. Goal is to gain mass, while losing fat. I know I can do it, done it before. i always have trouble with staying on my eating plan. no problem with the workouts. doing 4 sessions a week, 2 hours per workout. gaining muscle, getting stronger. walking 3-4 times a week, between 3 and 5 miles per. have no problem with motivation, until it comes to food. i hoping putting it out there will help
