So I have been using this website www.30dayfitnesschallenges.com for my strength training and toning. I feel like the results are paying off. It has lot's of different challenges to choose from, some I will do like the one I am doing right now the 30 day abs challenge and some I will not like the 30 day splits challenge. If I do the splits I will need a trip to the ER, LOL!
