Yesterday, Mrs. Girth had lunch with friends followed by a Doctor's appt. This gave me a couple extra hrs, so I played pickleball from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. A total of 5 hrs! Now a year ago when I was 57 lbs. heavier, I had to stop after 1 hr. Wow!
